What is the fire resistance rating of the room housing the Emergency Power System (EPS)?

NFPA 110 is the governing standard for emergency and standby power systems. The Emergency Power Supply (EPS) room for Level 1 applications, which is where failure of the EPS could result in death or serious injury, must be separated from the rest of the building by a 2-hour fire resistance rating construction. The standard permits other Emergency Power Supply System (EPSS) equipment to be installed in the EPS room.
